ABOUT ME

I might well talk the talk but as your Coach you can rely on the fact that I most definitely also Walk the Walk. I am very probably in many ways like you. I have experienced most of life’s great challenges along my journey. I am not an armchair preacher, I have never been genetically blessed, I do not spend hours in the Gym everyday and I am not just a university graduate with no real-life experience. 

At 48 years of age with a family I have fought for every inch of my own physical development and also my personal and business success and have made many mistakes along the way. 


I have owned exclusive Health Clubs, had large Teams of Staff working for me, travelled the world extensively for 30 weeks of every year as a Coach to many High Profile Individuals.


I have practiced my art and science on both myself & literally many hundreds of individuals worldwide and it is through my passion to achieve results and my willingness to learn from my mistakes, that I have developed my knowledge and my skill and know how to GET RESULTS with the body of a Busy Professional MaleOver40.
