Upon receiving all of the necessary information you will have your plan and be ready to start within 5 - 7 Days. I will maintain communication with you throughout but due to the thoroughness and specificity of your Program this does take time

Although there will be several cheap and easy to obtain items that I will possibly recommend such as weight scales etc. If you have nothing and are unable to obtain anything we still have the skills, expertise & experience to work around this!! The best preperation from you will lead to the best Plan and therefore the best results but the priority is that you just have the passion & comittment to stick to the plan. We will delver the rest

There are no refunds provided due to lack of results. With over 25 years of experience in 1-1 Coaching I have not yet been asked for a refund. If you are willing to stick to the Plan 100% I am extremeley confident that you will get the results you desire. I have not failed in all of this time yet and if you are willing to commit fully then there is no reason whatsoever why you would fail or wish for a refund. If we fail to deliver the services within the package that we promise then yes a refund will be provided. This has never happened however

If you decide to terminate your subscription with PH Coaching, we will be sad to see you go, but as long as you give us a months notice, you will not be billed for the following month. As all plans are bespoke and tailored to your requirements, failure to give 1 months notice could mean your plan has already started to be constructed for the following month.
